It’s simply amazing the amount of weight loss pills, berries, supplements and placebos that are being pitched to people everyday promising fantastic results by simply taking their magic formula. Don’t be a sucker and don’t waste your hard earned money on any of these scams. Read the following tips and discover how you can lose weight and have a lener body just by changing your diet up a bit.

Since losing weight is the first thing most folks look at let’s look at the one way you can dramatically reduce the number of calories you consume without making any changes to your diet. Drink water. Instead of drinking soda and other drinks that contain insane amounts of sugar, drink water instead. Water doesn’t have any calories so you’ll lose weight because of the calorie deficit in addition to all of the other benefits that water provides.

Roughly about 90% of the time when you’re feeling hungry or you feel like having a snack between meals you’re not actually hungry you’re just thirsty and that’s a fact! So the next time you feel like snacking between meals what you want to do instead of sucking down one of those high calorie snacks from the vending machines is drink a cold glass of water. Water if fantastic for your body in a lot of ways but is critical to your weight loss aspirations because of it’s ability to reduce the amount of calories you consume.

In case you didn’t know sugar is your enemy because your body loves to convert it to fat. Basically if you don’t burn off sugar within the first half hour of consumption, you can count on it being stuck around your gut. No not attractive so continue reading to discover what you can do on top of reducing your caloric intake to acquire a leaner boy.

So you’re already losing weight since you’ve reduced the amount of calories you consume and now it’s time to attack the fat already on your body. Reduce your caloric intake by drinking water and then annihilate the fat on your body by doing some exercise!

The best time to do any cardio exercise is first thing in the morning on any empty stomach. Consult your doctor before doing any exercise if you haven’t exercised in a while. The morning is an ideal time because your body is literally starving. It hasn’t eaten in 8 hours (and you should be sleeping 8 hours for optimal health) and it’s looking for something to burn as fuel because there’s nothing left in your stomach. Typically in this scenario your body will begin to burn fat and/ or muscle for fuel.

It is important to do your cardio workout at the right pace however. If you go to hard and with too much intensity you’ll most likely not burn any fat. The important thing is that you realize that to burn fay you have to keep your exercise at a moderate pace. The rule of thumb is if you can maintain a conversation with someone the you’re working at a good pace. Slow down and burn fat.

If you want the best of both worlds I strongly recommend you look into interval training. There are plenty of articles on interval training floating around on the internet but basically interval training is a form of combining cardio exercises to benefit from both fat burning and calorie burning exercises. Most important however is that you do some form of exercise in the morning.

Finally since you’re already attacking the fat that’s on your body and losing weight since you’re consuming fewer calories per day, it’s time to look at preventing any more fat from being stored around your hopefully soon to be visible mid section. The best tip we can offer here is to not eat any carbohydrates and preferably not any food 2-3 hours before bed time.

The reason you don’t want to eat before you go to sleep is because you don’t do anything once you fall asleep. You lay down and you don’t move and your body starts to convert that food you ate right before you went to sleep as fat because what else is it going to do with it? Use the water strategy and drink water if you feel like snacking.

The tips outlined above are obviously free and they won’t cost you any money to implement. The key to losing weight and having a lean body is reducing your caloric intake and getting rid of the fat that is already on your body. By following the tips outlined in this article you’ll do just that.
