
most people do not think about there bodies digestion ,there are a lot of health related problems attributed to the fact that the body is not digesting and absorbing the food properly.
This is not a complicated system to digest your food properly you need to chew your food until it becomes liquid,and then the acid in the stomach and digestive enzymes released in your saliva and by the pancreas break the molecules of the food down ready for absorption,8 out of 10 people don’t chew there food properly and is another factor in why people put weight on.
When I’m preparing a meal i will always include raw fat burning foods they have there own enzymes and this will help your digestive system and i will have some cooked and non cooked food.
A great diet for your stomach is fibre rich and you must have plenty of water,to much processed sugar,refined foods,dairy products,red meat will weaken the digestion and invite excess yeast and unfriendly bacteria to make there homes in your belly which is contribute to you putting weight on.
Its is vital that you keep your blood sugar levels balanced ,if you don’t then everyday you will be prone to the highs and lows of the sugar rushes ,there are many health related problems big and small that can be traced to a blood sugar imbalance caused by food choices. All through the day your body requires a steady supply of glucose in the bloodstream for mental and physical energy.when we eat fat burning foods such as fruits and vegetables,beans,pulses and whole -grains, they release glucose into the bloodstream at a nice steady rate.
If your living on sugary foods you will put weight on and its like a drug you just cant stop until you get your next fix of chocolate,biscuits,cakes,fizzy drinks ,sweets or white pasta/rice/bread these foods break down very quickly and cause an unwanted, rapid rise in sugar,followed by a dramatic drop in blood sugar(hypoglycemia).
Eating the wrong can make you tired and moody ,i had energy slumps,felt shaky and confused and i was always craving sugar this can lead to heart disease and type 2 diabetes and eventually putting weight ,i didn’t know what was wrong with me.
By making some changes in your life you will start to notice some changes in your life ,always start with a breakfast like porridge and avoid alcohol,caffeine and refined and sugary foods it can all sound a bit confusing but it really is quite simple
